Jean K.

Jean K. is an experienced marketing and communications professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Marketing and Communications at Kansas Wesleyan University since April 2022. Previously, Jean held the position of News Reporter at the Abilene (Kan.) Reflector-Chronicle from October 2018 to June 2022, and spent over 16 years at Salina Journal as a Copy Editor. Jean's career began at Hutchinson News, where responsibilities included serving as Deputy Assistant Managing Editor of Design. Academically, Jean earned a Master of Science in Journalism from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Arts in English from St. Bonaventure University.
