Nayan Kumar is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in managing teams across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Kantar since January 2016, Nayan oversees a multi-site operations team responsible for delivery, customer satisfaction, and governance in the North Americas region, while also contributing to global initiatives focused on engagement, corporate social responsibility, and inclusion. Previously, Nayan held key roles at GENPACT, Bank of America, Mphasis, GE Capital International Services, and The Park Hotels. Nayan holds a Master's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, complemented by a robust foundation in hotel management.
