Aileen Morris

Aileen Morris has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Aileen started their career as a Preferred Sales Associate at Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), where they managed a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and successfully organized marketing events to attract new investments and loan businesses. Aileen later transitioned to the role of Assistant Business Manager at BPI, where they monitored branch activity and implemented strategies to improve profitability.

Aileen then joined Pacific Western Bank as an Assistant Branch Operations Manager, exceeding deposit growth goals and ensuring positive relations during a bank merger. Aileen continued their career at Golden Empire Mortgage Inc as an Internal Compliance Auditor before moving on to Alpha as a User Experience Consultant and Prototype Designer. At Alpha, they designed and produced prototypes for Fortune 500 companies and spearheaded the design and launch of a construction company's website.

Next, Aileen joined Facebook via Accenture as a Business Product Analyst, where they analyzed ad metrics and provided insights to optimize campaign performance for top brand clients. Aileen also resolved issues in FB Ad Manager's delivery system and received recognition for clear communication with stakeholders. Aileen then worked at Coinbase as a Technical Support Analyst, analyzing customer satisfaction survey data and resolving complex cryptocurrency transactions.

Currently, Aileen is working as a Support Analyst at Kantata.

Aileen Morris holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. Prior to their MBA, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of the Philippines, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration.
