Emma Bindloss

Emma Bindloss has a diverse and extensive work experience. Emma currently holds the position of Director, Strategy Operations at Kantata since May 2022.

Prior to this role, they worked at Mavenlink from 2017 to 2022. At Mavenlink, Emma held various positions including Director, Strategy Operations where they drove high-impact strategic and analytical projects across departments. Emma also served as Manager, Business Operations where they focused on accelerating retention, expansion, and growth through projects such as historical churn analysis and developing a data framework. Emma also functioned as the global Head of Social Impact and led the integration of philanthropy, wellness, diversity and inclusion, and community engagement into company culture and operations.

Before Mavenlink, Emma had a tenure at Google from 2010 to 2016 where they worked on Google.org, Business Intelligence & Scaling, and Global Strategy & Operations.

Emma began their career as a Community Outreach Intern at Impact Hub Network and also worked at UC Berkeley as a Microfinance Decal Facilitator and a Research Assistant. Emma gained research experience as a Research Intern at Frederic W. Cook & Co. and worked as a Global Wealth Management Summer Associate at Merrill Lynch.

Emma Bindloss has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cognitive Science with a minor in Global Poverty & Practice from the University of California, Berkeley. Emma also completed a Nanodegree in Programming for Data Science with Python from Udacity. Additionally, they participated in a study abroad program at the National University of Singapore.
