Kirsten Joel has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Kirsten began their career as a Finance Intern at Rubin Postaer & Associates in 2008. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at Ann Taylor LOFT as a Sales Lead, where they managed a team, provided customer service, and handled inventory. Kirsten then joined Campos Creative Works, Inc as an Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll specialist from 2010 to 2013. Kirsten then transitioned to Internet Brands as an Affiliate Marketing Manager from 2013 to 2014. Kirsten later joined CAKE as a Senior Client Success Manager in 2014, where they managed client relationships, provided technical support, and conducted trainings. In 2016, they moved to Kantata, where they continued in roles as a Client Success Manager and later a Senior Client Success Manager, focused on client retention and satisfaction.

Kirsten Joel received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Southern California, which they attended from 2006 to 2010. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing at California State University, Long Beach, from 2010 to 2014.
