Sarah Rowell is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the CEO of Kantola Training Solutions, acquired by Traliant, Sarah leads innovative eLearning initiatives focused on Harassment Prevention and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion. Additionally, as Managing Director at Ridgeway Growth Capital, Sarah is involved in acquiring mission-driven businesses. Previous ventures include co-founding Tororo Solar North, developing a solar power plant in Uganda, and leading PH Industrial Farms and Simba Telecom as CEO. Sarah's background also includes work as a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group. Educational credentials include an MBA from Stanford University and an M.A. in Economics from Trinity College Dublin.
