Dominic M. Pratt

Dominic Pratt is an accomplished executive in the beauty and personal care industry with extensive experience in research and development. Currently serving as President of the Kao Salon Division since January 2020, Dominic has also held the position of Vice President of Skin Care R&D at Kao Corporation. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Director at R&D, Kao Germany, and previous tenures as Vice President and Senior Manager of R&D at KPSS. Dominic began their career at Procter & Gamble, where Dominic worked as a Principal Scientist. An academic background includes a Bachelor’s and PhD in Chemistry from The University of Sheffield, earned between 1989 and 1995.
