Heide Dubison

Heide Dubison has a wealth of experience in the field of learning and development. Heide'smost recent role is Talent, Learning & Development Director at Kao Corporation, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Global Learning & Development Manager at Latham & Watkins from May 2021 to May 2022. From June 2018 to April 2021, Heide worked as the EMEA Head of Learning and Development at FTI Consulting. Before that, they were the Head of Learning - EMEA at FIS from August 2014 to June 2018. Heide also has experience in interim roles, including working as an Interim L&D Design and Delivery Specialist at Transport for London and as an Interim Learning and Development Business Partner at the Office of Fair Trading. Heide has worked in various other training and management positions throughout their career, including roles at Control Risks, John Lewis, and the Forensic Science Service.

Heide Dubison has a Certificate of Education in Chemistry from the University of East Anglia, which they obtained between 1992 and 1996. In 2005, they received a Certificate in Training Practice from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. In 2007, they pursued a Diploma in Training Development from the same institute, completing it in 2008. Additionally, in 2013, they studied Project Management at APMG International. Recently, in 2021, they obtained a Gamification for Learning Design Intensive Certificate from Training Magazine.
