Nariman F. Asadov

Nariman Asadov serves as the Digital Services Tribe Leader at Kapital Bank since March 2019, overseeing various digital sales channels, customer service quality control, and innovative projects involving AI technologies such as virtual assistants and advanced customer management systems. Previously, Nariman held leadership roles in product onboarding and retail sales, implementing significant transformations in digital banking processes, including end-to-end loan systems and comprehensive sales interfaces. Nariman's career spans various institutions, including Amrahbank OJSC and AccessBank Azerbaijan, where extensive experience was gained in retail sales, operations optimization, and customer service. Nariman holds an MBA from LSIB and a Bachelor of Laws from the Academy of Public Administration of Azerbaijan and has undertaken additional education at prestigious institutions such as London Business School and Harvard Business School Online.
