Mark Weiner is a senior associate at Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP, resident in the New York office. He joined the firm in 2022.

Mark is an experienced trial lawyer with whose practice focuses complex civil litigation, white collar criminal defense, and public interest litigation.

Mark joined the firm from Everytown for Gun Safety, where he was Senior Litigation Counsel. He also represented a foreign company at trial in a case involving a breach of a margin lending agreement in the New York Commercial Division.

Mark also served as a trial attorney at The Legal Aid Society of New York. He led the successful defense in multiple trials, both jury and bench, of indigent New Yorkers. Mark received his J.D., magna cum laude, from New York University School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board. Mark was also a member of the Order of the Coif, a member of the Order of Barristers, and a Root-Tilden-Kern Lindemann Scholar. He received his B.A. from Columbia University.
