Melinda Bellaby is responsible for assisting with leave administration, maintaining federal and state employment laws, data analysis and communication of company policies and practices.
Prior to joining the firm, Melinda held a similar human resources role at Monroe College. Previously, Melinda held HR-related positions in the financial services industry. She graduated from Western Connecticut State University with a B.A. in psychology.
