James Blum

James Blum is an associate attorney at Kaplan Martin LLP since August 2024, previously serving as an associate at Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP from February 2021 to July 2024, focusing on corporate litigation, employment litigation, civil rights litigation, government investigations, and white-collar matters. Prior experience includes a staff law clerk position at the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, where James worked on criminal justice issues, as well as internships with the Surveillance Technology Oversight Project and the Center on Race, Inequality and the Law at NYU Law. James holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Michigan.
