In 2007, they joined Regal Entertainment Group as a Marketing employee and stayed until 2009. In 2010, they became the Content and Quality Assurance Lead at Kappboom Inc. until the present.

Joe Mejia attended California State University, Fresno from 2008 to 2011. During this time, they pursued a degree in Biology with a focus on Bio/Chem.
