Daniel Rutter

Daniel Rutter has extensive experience in human resources, specifically in leadership roles within the Kapsch Group and Zumtobel Lighting. Daniel served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources for the Kapsch Group and Kapsch TrafficCom Group from April 2019 to the present. Prior to that, they were the Head of the Corporate Learning Center at the Kapsch Group from April 2017 to March 2019. From October 2011 to March 2019, they worked as the Head of Human Resources for Kapsch CarrierCom AG, which is part of the Kapsch Group. Before joining the Kapsch Group, Daniel Rutter was employed by Zumtobel Lighting, where they held various human resources positions, including Head of Human Resources for Sales Organisations AT & CEE from May 2009 to September 2011, and Human Resources Manager for Sales Organisations AT & CEE from September 2007 to April 2009.

Daniel Rutter has a degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) in 2007. Daniel also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Management & Communications from FHWien der WKW between 2010 and 2012. Additionally, they have a degree in Wirtschaft & Recht from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) in 2007 as well.
