Neil Akash

Neil Akash has a strong work experience history. Neil is currently working as a Business Analyst at Kapture CX since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Ken42 EdTech Pvt. Ltd. from April 2021 to September 2022, holding the roles of Project Manager and Customer Success Associate. Before that, they were at Healofy, where they worked as a Key Account Manager from September 2019 to April 2021 and as a Team Lead from January 2020 to May 2020. During their time at Healofy, they successfully onboarded more than 25 vendors/D2C brands and significantly increased the number of daily orders. As a Team Lead, they managed a team of 12 moderators and improved the quality of content on the app.
