Jill Paulson is an experienced healthcare professional with over 15 years of experience in various roles. Jill has worked as a Medical Staff Assistant, Sr. Business Development Team Leader, Director of Marketing & Admissions, Sr. Hospice Care Consultant, Area Director of Development & Education, Executive Administrator, and Executive Director/Administrator. Jill'sresponsibilities have included increasing marketing and business development, developing business opportunities, overseeing business, education, and community relations, coordinating and communicating with Administrators and Directors, managing/directing employees, onboarding, training, payroll, schedules, expenses, finances, reports, advertisements & education accreditation. Jill is a hospice advocate who assists physicians, case managers, social workers, discharge planners, patients, and families on education, communication, and goals for end-of-life care. Jill is currently employed as a Regional Director of Growth at Palomar Health Palliative & Hospice Care and Kara Health.
