Amy Sennett

Amy Sennett is an accomplished legal professional with a strong background in corporate law. Currently serving as General Counsel at Karat and as a Charter Member of TechGC, Amy has held significant roles at OpenText, including General Counsel and Associate General Counsel for SMB and Consumer. Previous experience includes serving as General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, and Associate General Counsel at Catalant Technologies, as well as working as a Senior Associate at WilmerHale. Amy earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, both completed in 2012.
