Leo Z.

Leo Z. is a Senior User Experience Researcher with experience in leading UX research for various companies such as Karat, Facebook, Dell, and more. Leo has a Master of Science in Design Research and Industrial Design from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Leo has a diverse background, including working as a Nuclear Systems Engineer for the US Department of Defense. Currently, Leo focuses on increasing the number of Black engineers in tech and has a passion for UX strategy and research.
