David Riddiford is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Karbon since February 2022, David previously held multiple leadership roles at Xero, including Lead Engineer and Development Team Lead, where responsibilities encompassed technical leadership, championing engineering standards, and managing a team effectively during the pandemic. David began their career as a Developer at Paycycle Australia Pty Ltd, contributing to the design and development of a payroll solution, and has also worked at Seeing Machines and Ross Logic / Spherion on various software applications. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Monash University.
