Simon Hilton has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Simon has worked as the Director of Product at Karbon, where they focused on driving product strategy, coaching teams on product discovery methods, and facilitating data-driven decision-making. Prior to that, Simon was a Mentor at Blackbird and a Product Leadership Podcaster at Product Ops People. Simon also worked as a Product and Agile Instructor at General Assembly, where they taught product management and facilitated team transitions to Agile. Simon has held leadership roles at Willow as the Director of Product Ops and Head of Product, and at EPiC Agile as an Agile Program Coach.
