Stephanie Aoki

Stephanie Aoki is currently employed at Kärcher Brasil as a Junior Product Management Analyst LATAM since December 2022, following a role as a Product Management Intern. Prior experiences include an academic project at Scholle IPN focusing on developing a returnable packaging system aimed at cost reduction and environmental improvement, and another project at Katoen Natie do Brasil that involved process improvements in the Goodyear tread storage sector. Stephanie also served as the Quality Management Leader at Enactus FACAMP, where strategic planning and performance indicators were implemented, and participated in various quality and human resources initiatives within the organization. Additionally, during the Lean Challenge 2021 at GE, Stephanie applied Lean Manufacturing concepts to enhance the climate system office processes. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from FACAMP.
