Dennis Heckers is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in international supplier quality management and production quality. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Management at Kardex since May 2020, Dennis oversees a global team and is responsible for various aspects including complaint management, SAP S4/HANA implementation, and ISO 9001 compliance. Prior roles included positions as Manager of Warehouse & Internal Logistics and Manager of International Quality Assurance at C. & E. Fein GmbH, focusing on supplier development across multiple regions.
