Anne Legallais

Anne Legallais currently serves as the Chief HR Officer at Groupe Kardham, a position held since March 2024. Previously, Anne was the Head of HR and Internal Communication at Sodern, a subsidiary of ArianeGroup, from November 2019 to April 2024. Anne's extensive experience at Airbus spanned various roles from December 2012 to November 2019, including International Industrial Relations Key Account Manager and HR Transformation Senior Manager, where significant contributions were made to global mobility and employee engagement initiatives. Earlier career milestones include serving as the EMEA International HR Manager at Xerox and various HR roles at Motorola and Mercedes-Benz France. Anne's education includes a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from I.A.E. and a background in languages and associate studies from the University of Montpellier.
