Kevin Delano

Kevin Delano has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. In 2016, they founded and served as the CEO & Founder and Chairman of the Board for Karma Casting, a talent marketplace focused on re-inventing the gig economy through technology. Kevin also co-founded Sootsoap Supply Co. Ltd., an all-natural personal soap line for firefighters, in 2019, where they held the positions of Co-Founder, COO, and Board Member. In the same year, they co-founded and served as COO and Advisor for Airntell Aerospace. Prior to these ventures, Kevin founded IMD Health Global Corp. in 2010, a digital patient education engagement platform. Kevin was also the Co-Founder, CMO, and Board Member of CIM (Consumer Impact Marketing), where they achieved significant revenue growth and managed a large staff. Additionally, they founded and led LAUNCH!, a marketing agency that grew rapidly and was eventually acquired by CIM. Kevin began their career at Mosaic North America in 1988, where they held the role of Client Service Director.

Kevin Delano attended QEH in Halifax, NS from 1984 to 1986, where they studied Science & Business. After that, they went on to Dalhousie University from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Marketing & Management.
