Wendy Elzinga

Wendy Elzinga has a wealth of experience in operations and marketing roles. From 2011 to 2022, they have held positions at marlies|dekkers, European Bartender School, Holiday Inn/Crowne Plaza Amsterdam Area, Miinto Group, Hungry Group, Creative Clicks, Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd.), and Karma Kitchen.

At marlies|dekkers, they were a Marketing Assistant, and was responsible for researching how the brand's guidelines were being carried out in stores. At European Bartender School, they were a Sales & Customer Experience representative. At Holiday Inn/Crowne Plaza Amsterdam Area, they were a Strategic Marketing Intern.

At Miinto Group, they were an Operations Coordinator, responsible for the day-to-day operations with a focus on the retailer community and customer experience. Wendy was also a Strategic Marketing Intern, researching customer retention in the b2b market and creating a five-year strategy to decrease customer dissatisfaction.

At Hungry Group, they were an Operations Manager, launching the operations of Hungry Netherlands B. At Creative Clicks, they were an Operations Manager, improving processes and systems to make the business more sustainable. At Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd.), they were an Operations Manager, and at Karma Kitchen, they are the Head of Operations, focussing on the overall OPS strategy and scalability of the Operations as they launch more sites.

Wendy Elzinga's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Avans University of Applied Sciences between 2010 and 2014, an undergraduate degree from Stockholm University in 2012-2013 focusing on effective communication in English and Swedish, and a Gymnasium degree from Willem de Zwijger College between 2003 and 2009. Additionally, they have taken courses from IE Business School in Channel Management & Retailing, as well as courses from Udemy Academy in Six Sigma white belt, Six Sigma yellow belt, and Operations Management in Small Businesses.
