Naoko Felder-Kuzu has extensive work experience in the field of consulting, philanthropy, and social impact. Naoko founded NFK Felder Consulting in 2000, where they served as the Founder and Executive Director. Naoko also co-founded sosense in 2009 and held the positions of Co-founder and Head of Social Investment Management.
