Ebba Carbonnier has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ebba began their career at Sveaskog as a Management Trainee from 1996 to 1998. Ebba then worked at Connecta as a Management Consultant from 1999 to 2005. Following that, they joined R. E. Thompson UK as a Business Improvement Consultant from 2005 to 2006. Ebba then transitioned to Acando, where they served as a Senior Management Consultant from 2006 to 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Karolinska Institutet as a Programme Leader. In 2018, they moved to KI Innovations AB and Swelife, working as a Portfolio Manager in both organizations. Currently, Ebba works at Karolinska Institutet as the Director of the Swedish Quantum Life Science Centre, starting in 2023.
Ebba Carbonnier has a diverse education history. In 1983, they attended Lord Byng High School in Vancouver, Canada. From 1986 to 1990, they studied at Ebersteinska - Internationellt Tekniskt Gymnasium and obtained a Diploma in Engineering. Then, from 1990 to 1993, they pursued language studies at the Universities of Salzburg, Montpellier, and Malaga. Ebba continued their education at Linnaeus University from 1993 to 1996 and obtained an MSc in Business Economy. Later, from 2004 to 2006, they attended the University of Portsmouth, where they completed an MBA in Operations Management. In 2014, they participated in the Value Measurement for Health Care program at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
