Jordan Felix

Jordan Felix has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Project and Implementation Specialist at Karpel Solutions, which they began in May 2022. In this position, they coordinate with team members to meet project milestones, communicates with new clients, and creates web applications for clients and internal teams.

Prior to their current role, Jordan worked as a System Administrator at Karpel Solutions from May 2021 to May 2022. In this role, they provided technical support, managed user accounts and group policies, troubleshooted various technical issues, and handled licensing through the Office365 portal.

Before joining Karpel Solutions, Jordan worked as a Dock Worker at UltraSite from May 2019 to February 2021. Jordan also served as a Warehouse Employee at Miniature Market from August 2017 to May 2019, where they traveled across the U.S., brokered deals, ensured order accuracy, and managed employee tasks.

Jordan's earlier experience includes working as a Vinyl and Graphic Sign Installer at Laux Grafix Incorporated from February 2017 to August 2017, an Assistant Manager at RadioShack from August 2016 to February 2017, a Department Manager at Rural King Farm & Home Store from August 2014 to August 2016, and a Sandwich Artist at Subway from May 2014 to May 2016.

Jordan Felix completed Centriq's IT Career Program in 2021, where they obtained a Networking and Security Certificate with a focus on Networking & Security Administration. From 2013 to 2015, Jordan attended Southwestern Illinois College, studying Music Teacher Education. In 2023, they plan to enroll at Colorado State University Global to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, which is expected to be completed by 2026.

In addition to their educational background, Jordan holds several certifications. In 2021, they obtained the MTA: Windows Server Administration Fundamentals - Certified from Microsoft in April, and the CompTIA Network+ ce Certification from CompTIA in March. In June 2023, they also completed the "Transitioning from Manager to Leader" certification from LinkedIn.
