Laura Bond possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and management, currently serving as Head of Quality at Karsten International since July 2022. Previously, Laura held the position of Quality Assurance Manager (Product Technologist) at Remalux from September 2021 to January 2023, overseeing product safety and compliance with relevant legislation and EU standards. A diverse professional background includes roles at Blokker as Store Manager and at Intertoys in various managerial capacities, along with significant tenure at Bart Smit in financial administration and product quality assurance. Laura holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and has completed multiple professional development courses, including training in toy legislation, Lean Six Sigma, and project management.
