Viktor Maslov

Viktor Maslov is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in the telecommunications and entertainment industries. Currently serving as Chief Project Manager at Kartina Digital GmbH since August 2020, Viktor leads cross-functional teams in IP television, focusing on strategic project achievement and comprehensive marketing campaigns. Prior to this role, Viktor managed diverse projects and events as Chief Project Manager at Water Park “Lebyazhy” from February 2014 to November 2020, and excelled as Senior Events Manager at KidZania from January 2012 to January 2014. Viktor's career also includes a position as TV Channel Manager at the National State TV and Radio Company of the Belarus Republic, overseeing marketing planning for channel promotions. Viktor holds a Social Media Specialist certificate from Harper College and degrees in Pop Art from the University of Modern Studies, as well as in Art and Music from the Music School of Rimsky-Korsakov.
