Denise Swann

Denise Swann, CAPS, is an experienced property management professional currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Operations at KPM Property Management since August 2016. Denise supervises a diverse portfolio of 9 to 18 multi-family properties comprising over 3,400 units across Texas, Oklahoma, and Missouri, while focusing on the hiring, training, and supervision of on-site staff.
