Zachary W. Mikus

Zachary W. Mikus has been working in the security engineering field since 2016. Zachary started at National Australia Bank as a Threat Detection Analyst in the Cyber Detection & Orchestration, Cyber Defence department. Zachary then moved to the Cyber Security Operations Centre as a Security Analyst, and later to the Information Security Services as a Security Analyst. In 2020, they joined Kasada as a Threat Detection Engineer, and was later promoted to Senior Threat Detection Engineer and Team Lead, Security Engineering.

Zachary W. Mikus obtained a Certificate IV in Information Technology (Specialising in Cyber Security) from Box Hill Institute between 2016 and 2017. In March 2017, they also obtained a certification in 6.00.1x: Introduction to Computer Science and Programming Using Python from MITx on edX. In October 2018, they were awarded the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Finally, in July 2019, they were certified in Amazon Web Services: Enterprise Security from LinkedIn.
