Allen Watson

Allen Watson serves as the General Manager of Corporate Quality at Kasai North America, Inc. since January 2017, where responsibilities include developing and launching a New Model Launch System and managing over 31 projects. Previously, Allen held various positions in quality management across multiple companies, including Technical Service Manager at Unipres USA, Inc., Quality and Engineering Manager at Dana Corporation, and Quality Manager at MIG/Visteon. With a strong focus on quality improvement, Allen has consistently achieved significant reductions in PPM, scrap, and external containment costs throughout the career. Allen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Austin Peay State University.
