Jacques Eagle

Jacques Eagle is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in product support engineering and SaaS operations. Currently serving as the Director of Global Product Support Engineering at Kaseya since 2009, Jacques leads an international team providing Level 4 technical support for the Kaseya VSA, addressing complex issues in code and infrastructure. Previously, as the Manager of SaaS Operations, Jacques was responsible for a significant cloud infrastructure achieving high uptime and played a key role in implementing Kaseya's SaaS solutions. Prior to Kaseya, Jacques founded Eaglex2 Consulting, Inc., where services included engineering hardware infrastructure, disaster recovery planning, and database management, alongside notable projects such as the infrastructure design for Talbert Medical Group's EPIC application. Education was completed at Kaplan College from 1982 to 1984.
