Sepedeh Tofigh

Sepedeh “Sepi” Tofigh is the Chief Legal & HR Officer of Kaseya, the leading provider of unified IT management and security software for managed service providers (MSPs) and small to medium-sized business (SMBs).

Prior to joining Kaseya, Ms. Tofigh served as Assistant General Counsel at Carnival Corporation, with a focus on legal alignment with business needs. Prior that that, at Holland & Knight LLP, she gained experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions as a corporate associate.

Ms. Tofigh was a “40 Under 40” award recipient by the South Florida Business Journal in July 2022. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economic History from Barnard College, Columbia University.
