Luis M. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Luis is currently working as a Lead Product Designer at Kasheesh since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Design Manager at PERSUIT® from March 2022 to December 2022, where they led the design team and took ownership of the design process. From December 2020 to January 2022, Luis held the position of Director, Product Design at Rent The Runway, where they enhanced the implementation of design thinking and provided guidance to developers. Luis also served as a Product Design Manager at Equinox from November 2017 to May 2020. Earlier in their career, Luis was a Design Director at Krossover from April 2013 to October 2017, where they implemented user research and models of continuous improvement. Luis also worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Startup Institute from October 2014 to April 2017. Prior to that, Luis held the position of Senior Product Designer at Sanborn - Digital Marketing Agency from December 2009 to March 2013 and Product Designer at Global Grind from October 2008 to July 2009. Luis started their career as a Junior Designer at Studio of Digital Arts, FIU from August 2004 to October 2005.
