Saksit Thananittayaudom

Saksit Thananittayaudom is an accomplished professional in talent and leadership development, currently serving as the Head of Talent and Leadership Development at KASIKORNBANK since October 2021. With prior experience as Head of Talent and Successor Management, Saksit has a strong focus on executive development and talent management. Previously, at DDI | Development Dimensions International, Saksit held the role of Consulting Director and Principal Consultant, managing teams in performance, development, and executive coaching. Saksit's background includes significant experience at Deloitte as a Consulting Manager in Human Capital, where the focus was on HR transformation and process design. Earlier roles include Project Coordinator at the Economic and Finance Academy and a Consultant in a freelance capacity. Academic qualifications encompass a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics and a Master of Arts from the University of Nottingham, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Chulalongkorn University, where Saksit also served as a Lecturer and Assistant Dean.
