Amin Oskrochi

Amin Oskrochi is a Lead Manufacturing & Quality Engineer at Kaspar Companies since April 2022, with a significant background at Rolls-Royce from 2012 to 2020. In the role of Manufacturing Engineering Component Owner, Amin was responsible for the technical packaging and manufacturing methods for titanium fan discs for various aircraft, ensuring compliance with business objectives regarding cost, quality, and delivery. As a New Product Introduction Engineer, Amin managed the transfer of manufacturing capabilities for critical aerospace components, meeting quality and regulatory standards. Additionally, Amin led the Producibility & Right-First-Time program for Rotatives supply chain, achieving substantial cost savings through quality enhancements. Amin holds a Master's degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Warwick, completed in 2012.
