Vaijayanthy Balajee has extensive experience in human resources and consulting, currently serving as a Human Resources Executive at Kaspon Techworks Private Limited since July 2022. With a long tenure at Promanns Management Services as a Senior Consultant since January 2006, Vaijayanthy has also held various roles in commercial and customer coordination, including positions at Precision Techserve Pvt Ltd, Cerebra Integrated Technologies, and Apcom Exports. Vaijayanthy completed education at Nandivaram Girls High School between 1990 and 1994.
