Damian Theato

Damian Theato has extensive work experience in the creative advertising industry. Damian currently holds the position of Creative Director at Kastner, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they served as Creative Director at Coanda Esports GmbH from 2021 to 2023. Damian also worked at Kemper Kommunikation GmbH, where they held various roles including Senior Copywriter from 2019 to 2021, Copywriter from 2017 to 2018, Junior Copywriter in 2017, and Creative Copy as a working student from 2016 to 2017. Damian began their career as a Creative Copy Intern at OgilvyOne Worldwide from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, Damian gained industry experience as an Auszubildender Industriekaufmann at MVV Energie AG from 2011 to 2013.

Damian Theato received their Bachelor of Science degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, where they attended from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, they studied at Max-Hachenburg Berufsschule in Mannheim, where they obtained their IHK Industriekaufmann degree. Their final thesis at Max-Hachenburg Berufsschule focused on the execution of the advertising campaign "Entspannter Energieeinkauf."
