Priscila Kashiwabara

Priscila Kashiwabara serves as a Partner and Head of the Life Sciences Patent Team at Kasznar Leonardos Propriedade Intelectual since May 2012, focusing on patent prosecution before the INPI and ANVISA in the biotech, pharmaceutical, and food sectors, along with handling international patent prosecution. In addition, Priscila holds co-coordinator roles in both the Patent Study Committee and the Plant Variety Study Committee at ABPI Associação Brasileira da Propriedade Intelectual since January 2016. Prior professional experience includes positions as a Senior Biotechnologist at Momsen, Leonardos & Cia. and as an Intellectual Property Specialist at Alellyx Applied Genomics. Priscila's educational background features a Master's degree in Biotechnology and multiple degrees in Biological Sciences from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, along with various scientific initiation experiences in plant molecular biology and human genetics.
