Bao ‘Joseph’ Nguyen

Bao 'Joseph' Nguyen has a diverse work experience in marketing and content creation. Bao ‘Joseph’ started their career as a Teaching Assistant at Apollo English Vietnam, where they organized training sessions for new Teaching Assistants and took care of the students academically. Bao ‘Joseph’ also worked as an interpreter and translator for the center. Afterwards, Bao worked as a Senior Teaching Assistant, optimizing team performance through weekly discussions with the Center Manager and Teaching Assistant Supervisor.

Bao ‘Joseph’ then ventured into freelance work as an English Translator for three years. During this time, they also worked as an Interpreter for Secutech Trade Fairs.

Bao then joined The Vietnam Group as a Content Writer/Copywriter, where they conceptualized and drafted graphic copy, produced SEO articles, localized web page content, and researched content master plans. Bao ‘Joseph’ later took on the role of Social Media Marketing, handling various copy-based tasks as required.

Currently, Bao is employed at Katalon as a Marketing Specialist, where they develop and executes integrated digital campaigns, conducts research for marketing campaigns, and manages communication with internal and external stakeholders. Bao ‘Joseph’ was recently promoted to Senior Marketing Specialist.

Bao 'Joseph' Nguyen completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Linguistics and Literature from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (USSH) between 2016 and 2021. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications, including "Foundations: Data, Data, Everywhere" from Google in November 2022, "Digital Skills: Digital Marketing" and "Digital Skills: Web Analytics" from Accenture in March 2020, and "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google in November 2019.
