Paul Ravetti

Paul Ravetti is an accomplished recruiter with extensive experience in sales recruitment and talent acquisition. Since June 2000, Paul has been the Owner and Recruiter at Precise Recruiting, where a recent recovery from a severe auto accident has renewed enthusiasm for the recruiting profession. In July 2024, Paul began a role as a Senior Sales Recruiter at Mint Home, focusing on recruiting B2C sales representatives. Previous positions include Senior Sales Recruiter at Sift, Flare, and H2O.ai, as well as Global Recruiter roles at Vivun and UserTesting. Throughout a diverse career, Paul has demonstrated expertise in sourcing top talent, building recruiting programs, and delivering high-volume hiring results. Paul holds a BS in Marketing from California State University, Long Beach.
