Tieu-Giang Lam is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Senior HR Operations Specialist at Katalon since April 2021, focusing on HR Information Systems, policy adherence, compliance, and enhancing employee experience throughout the onboarding and off-boarding processes. Prior to this role, Tieu-Giang held positions as a Senior TA Business Partner Specialist and a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Tieu-Giang’s experience includes managing end-to-end recruitment cycles for both technical and non-technical roles at Positive Thinking Company and various other organizations, contributing to the establishment and branding of recruitment processes, and participating in recruitment campaigns.
