Dan Roland

Dan Roland has held various positions in the hospitality industry over the past decade. In 2017, they were appointed Chief Executive Officer of Katalyst. From 2014 to 2017, they served as Chief Operating Officer of Genesis Creative Properties. From 2009 to 2014, Dan worked at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego as a Brand Ambassador and Service Professional. From 2008 to 2009, they worked at Genesis Creative Properties as a Project Lead and Director of Food and Beverage, where they were responsible for completely overseeing the launch of a new restaurant concept, managing staff, and ensuring operational standards were met.

Dan Roland obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School in 2008, majoring in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Dan also attended Bond University in 2007 for International Business. In addition, Dan Roland is Y Combinator Startup School Certified, obtained in August 2020, and is HubSpot Sales Software Certified.
