Antoinette Pinelli has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Antoinette currently holds the position of Sales Specialist Team Lead at Katana Cloud Manufacturing since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Manager at Prometour Educational Tours from May 2016 to February 2022.
Antoinette has also gained extensive experience working at American Express Global Business Travel, where they started as an Operations Manager in October 2007 and held various leadership roles. As the Team Leader for the Southern Ontario center, they closely interacted with clients and led a team of 22 employees. In the US Online center in Montreal, they led groups of 18-21 employees and focused on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and improving practices. Antoinette successfully managed several projects, including Leadership Projects, Employee Engagement, and Learning Lab Projects, during their tenure at the company, which ended in April 2016.
Before their role at American Express, Antoinette worked as a Sales Representative at GURU Energy Drink in 2006 and as a Travel Consultant at Holiday House from 2005 to 2006.
Antoinette Pinelli obtained a Vocational Education Diploma in Travel Sales from the John F. Kennedy Business Center in 2004-2005, with a focus on Tourism and Travel Services Management. Prior to this, they completed their high school education and obtained a High School Diploma from Lester B Pearson High School in 2003. Antoinette also has additional certifications in Sales Management and HubSpot Sales Software from HubSpot, which they obtained in January and February 2020, respectively.
