Kristi Schumann

Kristi Schumann has a MA in Educational Sciences, Adult Education from Tallinn University and a BA in Business Administration specialising in HR Management from International University Audentes. Kristi has extensive experience in HR and people management roles, working with various companies such as Katana Cloud Inventory, Estonian Business School, The Coingaming Group, Lux Express Group, and more. Currently, Kristi holds the role of Chief People & Culture Officer at Katana Cloud Inventory, where Kristi focuses on creating a healthy workplace environment for employees to thrive. Throughout their career, Kristi has been involved in HR development, people operations, leadership coaching, and setting up HR functions within organizations.
