Jeremy Sewell

Jeremy Sewell has a long and varied work experience. In 1995, they began their career as Finance Director at Scinicariello SPA, where they were responsible for building a new international finance team and overhauling the group's treasury, financial reporting and risk systems. Jeremy then moved to Cenargo International Plc in 1997 as Finance Director, where they developed new systems in treasury, tax planning and reporting in preparation for a period of inorganic growth and a US debt IPO and subsequent SEC US GAAP reporting. Jeremy also lead financial and commercial due diligence for a successful US$ 175m high yield bond issuance and several subsequent acquisitions of transport and logistics businesses. In 2000, they joined GSMA as COO & CFO. In 2012, they became a Non Executive Board Member at Mobile World Capital Barcelona. In 2014, they joined eCurrency as CFO, where they pioneered the technology to enable Central Banks to issue digital fiat currency, digitising cash. In 2017, they joined Bitfury as CFO. In 2019, they became Board Member at GIANT.Health: "Europe's largest, most valuable Festival of HealthTech Innovation" and Board Member at Hut 8 Mining Corp. In 2020, they became an Advisory Board Member at EdgeMode. Most recently, in 2021, they became an Advisor To Chief Executive Officer at Katena Computing Technologies.

Jeremy Sewell is currently enrolled at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, having started their studies in 2011.
