Aaqil Khan has a diverse work experience in various roles within different organizations. Aaqil started their career as a Student Development Representative at the University of Illinois Foundation in 2011. Aaqil then worked as a Training Specialist and a Manager's Assistant for Caller Performance at the same organization. In 2014, they became a Graduate Research Assistant at Saint Louis University. Aaqil worked as an Operations Analyst, Healthcare Auditor, and Business Solutions Consultant at The Audit Group, Inc. from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, they joined KSB Hospital as a Project Analyst, and later became a Manager and the Director of Revenue Cycle & Decision Support. In 2019, Aaqil became the Director/Principal Investigator at Project OPEN. Throughout their career, they have gained valuable experience in research, healthcare, operations, and management.
Aaqil Khan, MHA, earned a Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Saint Louis University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completing their undergraduate education from 2010 to 2014. Aaqil also holds additional certifications, including Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) from ASQ - World Headquarters, obtained in May 2017, Situational Leadership II from Ken Blanchard, obtained in July 2016, and Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), also obtained in May 2016.
