Jerry Roach

Jerry Roach has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jerry started their career in the United States Air Force where they served as a Sergeant from 1987 to 1993. Jerry then joined L-3 Communications as an Operations Supervisor, where they provided logistic and engineering support services for various flight simulators. In 2001, they joined Astronics as the Director of Training, Simulation and Support, where they successfully managed 85 projects and maintained 95% of schedules and 100% budget goals. Notably, they managed up to 14 contracts simultaneously while maintaining team focus. Currently, since November 2020, they serve as the GM and Vice President of Operations at Katmai Government Services. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Professional Services at the same company from 2010 to November 2020.

Jerry Roach attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2000 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautics.
